Launching a Global Health & Wellbeing Program

An international consumer healthcare and services company created a program to help its more than 250,000 employees live healthier lives. The focus – providing useful information, inspiration and encouragement to help employees exercise, eat healthy, lose weight and decrease stress to improve the overall health of the employee population.

What We Did

A consultant from Nawe gathered external data and employee survey feedback and consulted with employees and experts to create an internal communications plan to launch the program globally. Our consultant also created and led the content plan for ongoing communication to ensure ongoing success of the program post launch.

Results

Three years later, this program is thriving and achieving the goal to help employees live healthier lives. Employees around the world report using the tools and services provided to improve their health and wellbeing in ways that are accessible, impactful and meaningful to them.
